# Quên mật khẩu

**Nếu quên mật khẩu đăng nhập, người dùng thao tác như sau:** 

* **Bước 1:** Tại màn hình Đăng nhập, click vào dòng màu xanh: Bạn đã quên mật khẩu?

* **Bước 2:** Yêu cầu cấp lại mật khẩu

Màn hình Yêu cầu cấp lại mật khẩu hiện ra như sau:

**Trong đó:** 

* (1) Nhập email của bạn: Email này là email dùng để đăng ký vào hệ thống hoặc email được quản trị viên đã cấp trước đó.  
* (2) Gửi mật khẩu: Click để nhận mật khẩu mới. 

Hệ thống sẽ gửi cho người dùng một email bao gồm mật khẩu. Kiểm tra email để lấy mật khẩu đăng nhập, nếu không có trong thư mục email chính hãy kiểm tra thực mục Spam của email.\
**Bước 3:** Nhận email mật khẩu mới. Thực hiện đăng nhập theo mật khẩu mới. 

**Lưu ý:** 

* Người dùng nên đổi mật khẩu với mật khẩu được cấp lại.
* Khi mật khẩu mới được cấp thì mật khẩu cũ sẽ không còn hiệu lực nữa.
